Part Design

Functional Prototyping

We create working prototypes that allow for early testing and refinement. Our capabilities include FDM, SLA, and PolyJet prototyping technologies to evaluate form, fit, and function before tooling begins.

MoldFlow Simulation

With MoldFlow analysis, we simulate how material will flow through the mold — identifying potential issues like air traps, weld lines, or sink marks before they appear in production. These insights guide smarter mold design and reduce iteration cycles.

FEA Analysis

Using finite element analysis (FEA), we assess stress, deflection, and performance under load. This allows for early structural optimization and helps validate critical design decisions.
